Our Story

Apaka Consulting was born from a simple but powerful insight: legal expertise and development impact don’t have to exist in separate worlds. Grace Eli, our founder, spent over eight years navigating both—advising C-suite executives at leading organizations like Kina Bank and Newmont Mining Limited, negotiating complex international agreements, and building compliance frameworks that protected institutions and communities alike. But she recognized a critical gap: while large corporations had access to world-class legal and governance expertise, rural communities, small businesses, and emerging institutions struggled to access the same quality guidance.

That’s why Apaka exists. We bridge that gap.
